Ergo Self-Assessments: Highly Customizable Web-based Self-Assessments

Ergo Self-Assessments is a powerful and convenient tool for employees enabling them to do self-assessments at work, at home or on the road. ESAs enable busy EHS Professionals to easily get a baseline of coverage across employees and produce great-looking professional reports which are easily understandable by employees.

ESAs help you simplify and streamline the workstation self-assessment process, centralizing the resulting consistently-structured information which is seamlessly integrated within your ErgoSuite Data Warehouse for reporting, analysis and follow-up.

ESAs are served to employees using self-assessment models. An Ergo Self-Assessment Model simply represents a customizable collection of self-assessment parameters and questions which can be used as the beginning of new self-assessments instead of starting with your organization’s main System Defaults.

You can completely control both the self-assessment and resulting recommendations which are tailored to the employee’s specific needs indicated from their self-assessment.

You can have an unlimited number of self-assessment models which can be designed to serve different groups within your organization. When you create a new self-assessment from an existing model, that new self-assessment inherits the characteristics of the model which you can then fully customize as needed.

The process used to determine which is the correct Self-Assessment Model for a particular employee is known as Assessment Inheritance. Using Assessment Inheritance enables an organization to have employees either all take the same central Self-Assessment or allow Departments and/or Locations to set their own as needed.

ESAs are designed where you can determine the risk scoring model and automatically have higher risk results brought to your attention as desired for follow-up.
