Tools For EHS & Risk Managers
- Your ErgoSuite is a highly cost-effective technology platform which
seamlessly integrates critical-path web-based and computer-based tools
designed to extend the capability and return of employers’ existing and
new Office Ergonomics Programs.
Your ErgoSuite has been carefully designed to serve very large organizations comprised of many locations (facilities), often times widely geographically dispersed including a growing number of telecommuters and remote employees. Unique in its design, ErgoSuite also easily serves small and medium organizations, in much of a plug-and-play fashion, without significant requirements for implementation.
ErgoSuite users (your employees) can be located anywhere on the globe where they have some access to either your private intranet or the Internet. Actually, a number of organizations using ErgoSuite also use the User Desktop Tools within highly secured areas, sometimes classified, where the tools provide value to the users and never connect to the outside world.
ErgoSuite stores information in what is called a Data Warehouse. This can be internally located within your organization or you can effortlessly utilize SmartErgo’s secure hosted solutions where you have no server to install. Almost every organization starts easily and quickly with SmartErgo’s secure hosted solutions rather than loading their own server.
ErgoSuite has also been specially designed to serve organizations with users who have multiple computers and for organizations who utilize common kiosk computers with any number of multiple users. Roaming users are protected regardless of if they’re in their office, a warehouse, a factory, an airplane, on a train, in a hotel room or telecommuting.
Web-based secure authenticated access enables role-based Supervisors to manage ErgoSuite from any authorized location using a browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Safari or Google Chrome.
Upon sign in, Supervisors are presented with as much of the employee population, services and tools as their rights and permissions allow. The term Supervisor is synonymous with “Administrator”, “Manager”, “Team Leader”, “Advisor”, etc… and you can choose which term or something completely different matches your organization’s lexicon.
