Providing high-level technical expertise to a range of customers starting from Corporate end-user clients to Govt. institutions.

Defining major technical solutions involving product and/or deployment and/or support services for customers or prospects.

Attending customer meetings, analyzing client requirements and presenting the solution.

Provide technical expertise across the SmartErgo portfolio.

Analyzing customer requirements and developing solutions to meet their needs.

Keeping up to date with emerging technology, vendors and upgrades to the existing solution portfolio/offerings.

Skills Required:
