Q: Will this take a lot of my time?

Q: It sounds very expensive!
A: Au contraire. The Total Cost of Ownership over time experienced by our smaller population clients averages at pennies per knowledge-worker day while larger population clients are even lower.

Q: The person before me here bought some cheap knock-off product which claimed it provided the same features but it's not lived up to expectations at all.  Are we stuck with it?
